"In the End, We Won"

It takes few paces 

To make the right win in the races

That we didn't race with our shoes

Doesn't mean we are fools,

We were asked to love with our brains,

So, how do we face the pains?

Love doesn't cost a thing 

But it cost us a fortune

It cost us a broken wing

And here we are aspiring to heal in the Neptune,

Healing is the process

So, we embarked on the journey,

The tour was a success,

So, our self worth didn't loose their company,

The world stopped revolving around emotions!!!

Because it takes away our visions,

And it laces us with confusions,

We thought to love was enough, 

But it was a slip of thoughts,

Until we realised that respect,

Was involved in every aspect,

It was a self war,

Until we discovered we needed to survive,

So, what if the hands we hoped on for survival couldn't revive?

When all love became a lie,

Life didn't deem ur light,

No! We only let them penetrate the walls we strongly built,

Living us in guilt,

Wondering where we wrong?

Where we not fun?

Where we a thorn?

Coz we had no horns?

Was there a norm that we didn't keep?

Where we the problem?

  No!! We were not the problem,

  We were looking for the right persons,

  In the wrong emblem,

  These are the reasons, 

  Why everything about emotions felt wrong,

  So, step out and discover my young warlocks and realise how much we have won!!
