I am Not Giving Up Yet- Are You?
You know, it would be a pity to leave this world without achieving those dreams you once had, the childhood dreams that made you smile, and the grown-up ones that now keep you awake at night.
Remember those cute dreams? Don’t be too quick to blame the government or anyone else until you’ve exhausted every possible plan, every “hustle option” you can think of. We all have dreams, but the reality is, we must commit, work, and stay consistent to make them come true.
Have you ever seen anyone achieve lasting success without persistence, consistency, and determination? No, right?
So, you studied Medicine but ended up as a businessman and so what? Be grateful! Everyone’s journey looks different.
I graduated as a Mass Communication student, dreaming of being an On-Air Personality, but I started out as a teacher. Who would have imagined? Still, I kept going.
Your dreams might not come immediately, but that doesn’t mean you should give up easily. Never despise humble beginnings, most of the dreams we get frustrated about are the perfect, effortless ones, the “soft life,” the world tours, the fairy-tale success. But reality calls us to wake up and work.
Don’t sit idle waiting for miracles. Don’t be lazy. Get up, get moving, and try again.
If that business didn’t work... try again.
If people mock your efforts... ignore them.
They often discourage you because they see your potential, and it threatens them.
Remember the saying:
“Don’t announce your plans. Let your success make the noise.”
Be a doer. Don’t waste time explaining your blueprint to people who don’t care or understand.
Human nature can be selfish, so it’s okay to be wise and cautious.
Build quietly. Let your results speak.
Some “friends” aren’t truly your friends, hard truth, but necessary to accept.
You might get hundreds of likes when you post pictures online, but once you start sharing your business or creative work, the likes may suddenly drop. That’s when you’ll see how self-centered people can be.
Be discerning. Know when to talk and when to stay silent.
Let your life’s file be marked “Premium Confidential.”
A secret loses its power once you reveal it. So guard your dreams carefully, listen to your heart, and use your God-given wisdom.
To be continued...
